PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging apparatus configured to easily engaging and disengaging first and second apparatuses.SOLUTION: An engaging apparatus 100 engages a charging apparatus 200 with an image forming device 300, and includes a stepped boss 110, a slide member 120, a spring 130, and a guide part 140. The stepped boss 110 is arranged in the charging apparatus 200, and protrudes toward the image forming device 300. The slide member 120 is arranged to slide to the image forming device 300, and engages with the stepped boss 110. The spring 130 is arranged in the slide member 120, to bias the slide member 120 in a first direction for engaging the stepped boss 110 with the slide member 120. The guide part 140 is arranged in the slide member 120, and has a first state for engaging the stepped boss 110 with the slide member 120, a second state for disengaging them, and a third state for maintaining the disengaged state. |
