PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable determination of whether or not foreign body reaction influences a quantitative result of a scattered light measurement method.SOLUTION: The automatic analysis device includes: a light source for radiating light to a reaction liquid; a plurality of optical receivers which receive scattered light generated by the reaction liquid with different light-receiving angles; a first data processing section which processes reaction process data measured by one of the optical receivers and quantifies substance concentration in the reaction liquid; and a second data processing section which determines whether quantification of the substance concentration is normally performed or not on the basis of a ratio of a plurality of operation values calculated for each of the plurality of reaction process data measured by the plurality of optical receivers.
