PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for endoscopic diagnosis for supporting an accurate and objective diagnosis and a medical endoscope apparatus.SOLUTION: The image processor includes: acquisition means for acquiring color endoscope image data; color space conversion means for converting color space of the color endoscope image data into HSI color space having hue, saturation and luminance as a base, or HSV color space having hue, saturation and lightness as a base; lesion pixel determination means for determining whether to be a pixel of a lesioned part on the basis of hue and saturation about each pixel constituting a color endoscope image; overlay processing means for performing overlay processing for changing the color of a pixel determined to be a pixel of the lesioned part by the lesion pixel determination means; and overlay image display means for displaying an overlay image obtained by performing overlay processing of the color endoscope image. |
