PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf guard connecting fixture with which a guard body is strongly and simply connected to a left and a right post without coming off inadvertently, and also to provide a shelf guard.SOLUTION: A shelf guard connecting fixture includes: a connecting plate 23 to which an end of the guard body is connected; an engaging piece 24 that is bent at right angles from the end of the connecting plate 23; and a clamping piece 25 that is fixed to the connecting plate 23. The clamping piece 25 comprises a fixed part 33 that is fixed to the connecting plate 23 and a clamping part 34 that protrudes from the fixed part 33 in a manner apart from the engaging piece 24 and parallel to the engaging piece 24. The connecting fixture is configured such that the engaging piece 24 is inserted from the installation hole 15 of a post 9 to the inside of the post 9 and that the opening edge of the installation hole 15 of the post 9 is clamped in the thickness direction between the engaging piece 24 and the clamping part 34. |
