PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage device for detecting light emission which can suppress noise generated by unnecessary light emission and has a passage that can be created by simply sticking boards with an organic material.SOLUTION: A passage device has a passage constructed by sticking at least two boards. At least one of the boards has a first groove composing the passage and also a second groove for disposing a binding material including an organic material. A light shielding layer is arranged at an inside wall of the second groove in order to shield the first groove from light emitted from the second groove. |
