PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure, in a constitution that a fitting flange supports a base end part of a rod-like sensor head, strength of a junction between the sensor head and the fitting flange against bending moment.SOLUTION: In a sensor device, a welded part 29 for joining a pipe 18a of a sensor head 18 and a fitting flange 19 together is positioned and provided at a base end part of an insertion hole 28 inside the fitting flange 19. When bending moment acts on the sensor head 18, a maximum load is caused on a portion of the pipe 18a positioned at the tip end of a fitting part 26 and, however, the welded part 29 is not exposed to external environment and positioned at a portion undergoing a small load in the application of the bending moment. Additionally, since, at a tip end side portion of the insertion hole 28, a tapered portion 28a expanded toward the tip end in the opening side thereof is formed, stress concentration on the pipe 18a can be made less. |
