PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of an operator by preventing the transition of a business center 2 to the next processing in a state that the operation omission of a business store 1 occurs.SOLUTION: In an exchange centralized processing system 10 having a business center 2 which performs the centralized processing of exchange transactions to be performed by a plurality of business stores 1 by an exchange processing terminal 24, the business center 2 includes: an acceptance start/end control section 31 for controlling the acceptance start/end of exchange transactions with a predetermined time; a detailed check situation monitoring section 33 for monitoring the situations of the detailed check confirmation of the exchange transactions in each business store 1; and a control section for executing the following processing under such conditions that the detailed check confirmation in each business store 1 is completed as the result of the monitoring of the detailed check situation monitoring section 33. |
