PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception management device capable of reducing a business labor on a seller by performing information processing to be necessarily performed in a timing of merchandise shipping as a series of processing when a user applies for the periodic purchase of merchandise.SOLUTION: The order reception management device includes: means for accepting information related to periodic purchase from a user; means for storing information related to the periodic purchase; means for storing information related to the order of shipping merchandise to be created each time merchandise is periodically shipped; means for performing settlement by referring to the information related to the order of the shipping merchandise; means for notifying the user of the preparation start of merchandise shipping; and means for shipping merchandise after the lapse of a predetermined period from the notification of the preparation start of merchandise shipping following the end of settlement.
