PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device provided at low cost and without changing the shapes of a module and a substrate according to the shape of a tool, and capable of preventing a mounting area from increasing in a case where a high luminance is needed.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device utilizing an LED includes a circular LED module 110 in which one or a plurality of LEDs 111 are arranged in the center part thereof, and a diffusion plate 112 having a light diffusion member for diffusing light radiated from each LED of the LED module 110. The light diffusion member reduces the direct illuminance of the LED module 110 and equalizes the illuminance distribution in the circumference thereof. |
