PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that thinning of the diameter of a distal end in a catheter creates difficulty in surely joining an end of an operation line to a marker.SOLUTION: The catheter comprises: a main lumen as a tubular resin body; a marker disposed at a distal end of the main lumen and cuts off at least a part of electromagnetic waves; the operation line to be fixed to the marker; a sub lumen that is disposed outside the main lumen and is a tubular resin body in which the operation line is inserted; an outer layer that covers the main lumen and buries the marker and the sub lumen; and a reinforcing coil that is wound around at least either outer peripheral part of the outer layer and the sub lumen. The operation line and the reinforcing coil are formed of a single continuous wire rod. |
