PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification circuit that implements low noise and a high gain without causing oscillation in a GHz band.SOLUTION: The amplification circuit includes: a first transistor with a grounded source; a matching circuit comprising one or more inductance elements and one or more capacitance elements; and a second transistor with a grounded gate. A source of the second transistor is connected to a drain of the first transistor via the matching circuit. The amplification circuit further includes a first bias circuit for supplying a bias potential to a gate of the first transistor, and a second bias circuit for supplying a bias potential to a drain of the second transistor. The amplification circuit operates as an amplification circuit for inputting an input signal into the gate of the first transistor and outputting an output signal from the drain of the second transistor. |
