PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately release power saving state according to the approaching state of a client who uses an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 100 which is put into a power saving state by a predetermined condition includes: a plurality of client sensors 101, 102 for detecting a person within a predetermined range of the automatic transaction device; and a control part for controlling the power saving state of the automatic transaction device on the basis of the detection result by either one of the plurality of client sensors. The plurality of client sensors each includes a different detection range. The control part records as statistical data the first number of times when a client is detected by either one of the plurality of client sensors and the second number of times when the client performs the transaction after the client is detected by the client sensor, a ratio of having performed the transaction after being detected by the client sensors is calculated based on the first number of times and the second number of times, and when the calculated ratio exceeds the predetermined ratio, the power saving state of the automatic transaction device is released. |
