PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically applicable device having a technology that was not practically applied although various devices utilizing buoyance or gravity were conventionally suggested.SOLUTION: A device according to this invention connects a floating body and a weight to a drive shaft through a flat gear, and sets them so as to generate torque in a constant direction with a ratchet mechanism. The floating body is arranged inside a drum filled with liquid and the weight is arranged outside the drum. Consequently, the drum rotates by obtaining torque from the floating body and the weight. |
