PURPOSE: A production method of red ginseng concentrate granules capable of maximally preventing the coagulation of the granules in the high temperature and high humidity condition. CONSTITUTION: A production method of red ginseng concentrate granules includes a step of spraying red ginseng concentrate containing 10-50% of solid parts in a bottom spray form, and a step of repeatedly fluidizing the sprayed product to obtain granules. Red ginseng is processed with an ultrafine mill to obtain a red ginseng ultrafine powder coating material in an aqueous solution form. The red ginseng ultrafine powder coating material is sprayed to the red ginseng concentrate granules in a bottom spray form for red ginseng concentrate granules to contain 1-9 wt% of the coating material. The particle size of the red ginseng concentrate granules is 700-5,000 um. The particle size of the red ginseng ultrafine powder coating material is 5-100 um. The concentration of the red ginseng ultrafine powder coating material is 0.1-20 wt%.
