PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that is highly resistant to voltage and reduces a stray capacitance, and a power transmitting device having the switch circuit.SOLUTION: Transistor strings of pluralities of transistors connected in series so as to allow a flow of current from a first input/output terminal to a second input/output terminal and a flow of current from the second input/output terminal to the first input/output terminal, respectively, are connected in parallel. On-off switches are connected between a base and an emitter of a transistor with the emitter connected to the first input/output terminal and between a base and an emitter of a transistor with the emitter connected to the second input/output terminal, respectively. Resistive elements are connected between bases of adjacent transistors in the transistor strings, between the base and a collector of a transistor with the collector connected to the first input/output terminal and between the base and a collector of a transistor with the collector connected to the second input/output terminal, respectively. |
