PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily browse monitoring data of a facility apparatus at a client terminal when communication failure occurs in a system which performs integrated management to the monitoring data of the facility apparatus in a plurality of buildings, on a center server on a network.SOLUTION: A system including local servers for managing monitoring data in each building and a center server which is connected to the plurality of local servers through a first network and manages monitoring data of a plurality of buildings comprises a client terminal which is connected to the center server through the second network and is connected to the local server of a corresponding building through a third network comprises a display data request transmission unit and a display unit. The display data request transmission unit transmits a display data request to the center server in a normal time and transmits the request to the local server when abnormality occurs in network communication. The display unit displays display data provided as a result of the transmission of the display data request.
