PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell for biological substance analysis, which is manufactured without press-bonding every constituent member thereof but exhibits no fluid leakage and offers superior ease of use, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide a jig used for the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A flow cell 1 for biological substance analysis is provided, comprising a transparent substrate 101 having inflow ports 103 and outflow ports 109 for flowing an analysis sample through channels 105, a support substrate 107, and a spacer 104 which is tacky and is sandwiched between and adhered to the transparent substrate 101 and the support substrate 107 and which has the channels 105 that act as reaction chambers for the analysis sample, or comprising a transparent substrate having inflow ports and outflow ports for flowing the analysis sample, and a support substrate which is tacky, is adhered to the transparent substrate, and has channels that act as reaction chambers for the analysis sample. A method of manufacturing such the flow cell and a jig used for the manufacturing method are also provided. |
