PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element capable of efficiently extracting electric charge generated by photoelectric conversion, and a light-receiving element.SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element comprises an organic photoelectric conversion film held between an anode and a cathode, and the organic photoelectric conversion film includes an electron blocking layer, an electron hole blocking layer, and an organic photoelectric conversion layer held between the electron blocking layer and the electron hole blocking layer. The organic photoelectric conversion film further includes any one of: an electron hole transport support layer which is disposed between the electron blocking layer and the organic photoelectric conversion layer and has an ionization potential energy value between an ionization potential energy value of a donor material of the organic photoelectric conversion layer and an ionization potential energy value of a material of the electron blocking layer; and an electron transport support layer which is disposed between the organic photoelectric conversion layer and the electron hole blocking layer and has an electron affinity value between an electron affinity value of an acceptor material of the organic photoelectric conversion layer and an electron affinity value of a material of the electron hole blocking layer. |
