PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operable time using a battery during a power failure is shortened since power feeding is continued also to a terminal for which it is not necessary to be operated since a user is absent, since the side of a power feeding device is notified of a power feeding priority only in a terminal start-up process, conventionally.SOLUTION: By determining a use state of an extension terminal at a time point when a power failure is detected or by directly inquiring of an extension terminal whether continuation of power feeding is required, the necessity to continue power feeding to an extension terminal during the power failure is determined, power feeding is continued for the external terminal that requires the continuation of operation but power feeding is stopped for the extension terminal that does not require the continuation of operation. Thus, power of a battery is effectively distributed during the power failure, and an operable time using the battery during the power failure can be prolonged. |
