PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device of an electrical conductor capable of expanding a space between sheets of insulation paper by an inexpensive and simple structure.SOLUTION: The insertion device 1 for a coil element 10 includes a first moving section 4 moving a leg portion of the coil element 10 to the insertion direction of a slot 16, a guiding section 3 guiding the leg portion of the coil element 10 moved by the first moving section 4 to the slot 16, a pair of first expanding plates 7A, 7A and a pair of second expanding plates 7B, 7B extending in the insertion direction from the tip of the guiding section 3 and the tip sides thereof are expandable, and each of these pairs of expandable plates extending obliquely in the insertion direction and approach each other towards the tip side, each of the spaces are formed to be narrower than the insulating paper 17 on the tip side and formed to be wider than the width of the leg portion of the coil element 10. |
