PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic fluorine-based porous materials having various functions such as fluid-providing character to the work surface, liquid-absorbing character on the work surface, elasticity, chemical resistance, heat resistance, inhibition of contamination to the work-piece.SOLUTION: The material primarily consists of fluororesins, and has a skeleton of a three-dimensional network structure in which the neighboring pores are communicated each other. It is a high molecular compound having fluorine contents by 40% or greater. It may be formed in a shape of roller, block, or sheet. |
