PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly diagnosis device for a multiplexer 10 which can accurately detect an anomaly in the multiplexer 10, such as a short circuit between terminals TA, TB, while suppressing an increase in circuit scale.SOLUTION: Eight channels selectable by a three-bit signal are assigned for zeroth to seventh input channels CH0-CH7. Two of the eight selectable channels which are associated with two logically mutually exclusive bit signals, that is, the second input channel CH2 and the fifth input channel CH5, are allocated for diagnostic channels. In the configuration, the multiplexer 10 is diagnosed with an anomaly if it is determined that a determination voltage Vcom available when the second input channel CH2 is selected to be connected to an output channel COM is equal to or lower than a first specified voltage or if it is determined that the determination voltage Vcom available when the fifth input channel CH5 is selected is equal to or higher than a second specified voltage. |
