PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness wiring structure of a slide seat capable of smoothly following the sliding of a slide seat even if a number of wiring is increased.SOLUTION: A wire harness 4 (a flat cable 40) is disposed in parallel with a slide rail 3, and configured to be movable in a longitudinal direction L of the slide rail 3 in the inside of a wiring space S wiring the wire harness 4 (the flat cable 40). An osmund spring 14a is provided, which energizes an osmund unit 14 for winding around the wire harness 4 and winding back that in a U-turn shape, in a drawing direction to a rear end side. A base end portion 4a of the wire harness 4 is fixed at a front end portion. The wire harness 4 is wired from the front end portion toward a rear end portion in the wiring space S, and wound back by the osmund unit 14 to be wired from the rear end portion toward the front end portion. The tip end part of the wire harness 4 is fixed on a slide seat 2 side.
