PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select a physical computer allocating computer resources to virtual machines in a short time.SOLUTION: A VM arrangement section 02 inputs a VM arrangement request. The VM arrangement request is a command requesting a plurality of kinds of computer resources to be allotted to VM, and a value of a requested resource amount is indicated for each computer resource. A weighting table storage section 07 stores a resource weighting coefficient for each computer resource. A measurement processing section 03 obtains a value of a free resource amount which can be allotted to the VM for each computer resource from each of a plurality of physical computers. A resource mapping calculation section 12 maps values of required resource amounts of the plurality of kinds of computer resources in the VM arrangement request to a single dimension with the use of the corresponding resource weighting coefficient, and further maps values of free source amounts of the plurality of kinds of computer resources to the same dimension with the use of the corresponding resource weighting coefficient for each physical computer. |
