PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device that controls the distribution of lower pages and upper pages and an access order so as to satisfy a predetermined access speed to a flash memory that stores multiple values.SOLUTION: A flash memory 7 includes nonvolatile memory cells that store a plurality of bits. A flash control unit 6 calculates a proportion between lower pages and upper pages for obtaining a predetermined write speed, and controls the order of writing to the lower pages and upper pages in a memory array. |
