PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive radiation detector and a radiation analysis device capable of detecting radiation with high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A superconducting radiation detector 3 includes: an absorber 22 for absorbing radiation and converting energy thereof into thermal energy; a temperature sensor 24 for converting the thermal energy into electric signals by using superconductive transition; a heat sink 26 for emitting the thermal energy outside; and one or two and more thermal conduction part 28 for transmitting the thermal energy from the absorber to the temperature sensor 24. Further, the thermal conduction part 28 includes a thermal conductor 32 formed by normal conductive metal. |
