PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration insulation pedestal which prevents resonance even after an apparatus etc., is installed on a pedestal.SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration insulation pedestal 20 such that two or more apparatuses etc., including at least one apparatus or structure as a vibration source are arranged on a base plate 22 across a space 13 respectively, and the base plate 22 is elastically supported, the vibration insulation pedestal including a low rigidity part 17 which is provided at a base plate region corresponding at least to the space 13 in an array direction X of the apparatuses 10 etc., and configured to have lower rigidity than other base plate regions including the base plate region in the array direction X, and a rigidity adjustment member 28 which is provided attachably to and detachably from the low rigidity part 17 and adjusts the rigidity. |
