An apparatus for monitoring a vehicle operation history is disclosed. The apparatus for monitoring a vehicle operation history according to the present invention comprises: a detection part for detecting the movement of one or more user operation parts among a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal and a vehicle steering wheel; a parameter acquisition part for acquiring a movement parameter from the detection part; a shock detection part for detecting an external shock on a vehicle; an event recording part for recording the detection time of the parameter or the external shock; and a data recording part for storing the information of the detection part, the parameter acquisition part, the shock detection part, and the event recording part. The present invention enables a user to monitor a handle, a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal, thereby recognizing whether or not the user is immature in driving a vehicle in case of an abnormal situation such as a sudden acceleration because what a driver actually operates to move a vehicle is limited to a handle, a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal no matter how complicated the inner operating principles and system of the vehicle are. The present invention can be mounted by a non-expert and can be mounted easily on an operating vehicle because the present invention can be mounted easily on the driver operation parts such as the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal instead of in the vehicle, and has a simple structure.
