The present invention relates to an olefin block copolymer having a cross-linking structure, wherein the olefin block copolymer is appropriately usable due to excellent elasticity, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. The olefin block copolymer having a cross-linking structure includes a plurality of blocks or segments each containing an ethylene-based or propylene-based repeat unit and anα-olefin-based repeat unit at different fractions. Here, at least parts of the ethylene-based or propylene-based repeat unit and theα-olefin-based repeat unit are cross-linked to each other.
