PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a toner supply device which are capable of smoothly opening and closing a toner discharge port and suppressing the scattering of toner.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 is provided with: a toner supply device 300 including a toner storage part 301, an opening forming part 302 in which a toner discharge port 3021 is formed, a shutter part 303, a first engagement part 304 fixed to the toner storage part 301, and a second engagement part 305 fixed to the shutter part 303; a support member 400 supporting the first engagement part 304; and a movement restriction member 500 into which the second engagement part 305 is fitted. The movement restriction member 500 is provided with a first surface 501a facing the shutter part 303 and a second surface 502a in which a toner receiving port 500a is formed and which is located nearer to a center axis line sthan the first surface 501a. When the first engagement part 304 is rotated, the shutter part 303 is moved relative to the toner discharge port 3021. |
