PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce, regarding the locus of an object on a contact face, any deviation of the shape after correction from that before correction.SOLUTION: A correcting device has an input unit that detects contact of an object with a contact face and a processor. The processor calculates a position indicated by the object on the basis of the shape of the contact area of the object with the contact face, it also calculates a quantity of correction regarding the indicated position on the basis of the shape of the contact area within a prescribed length of time since the detection of the contact of the object, and applies correction by the same quantity of correction to the indicated position calculated while the contact state of the object is maintained. |
