PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system and program capable of effectively achieving the maintenance and promotion of health of users of a facility for elderly people.SOLUTION: A health management system 10 performs: pre-storing action schedule information where exercise and rest by users are time-sequentially fixed for each user of a facility for elderly people that has an area where either of exercise and rest is done; reading action schedule information to notify each user of the information; giving an exercise stimulation being a sense stimulation to improve the willingness of a user to do exercise to the user doing the exercise in an exercise area with the use of an exercise stimulation giving device 30; and giving a rest stimulation being a sense stimulation to improve the rest state of a user by resting to the user resting in a rest area with the use of a rest stimulation giving device 30.
