PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator unit capable of reducing the engagement friction variations between a worm shaft and a worm wheel while suppressing the generation of an abnormal sound, and a vehicular steering device including the same.SOLUTION: A steering force auxiliary device 21 includes: a motor 22; a worm reduction gear 26 having a worm shaft 24 which is connected to the motor 22 in a tiltable manner via a shaft coupling 41, and a worm wheel 25 which engages with the worm shaft 24; a housing 31 for accommodating the worm reduction gear 26; and an energization member 42 for energizing the other end part 24b of the worm shaft 24 on the worm wheel 25 side. The energization member 42 includes: a main energization part 51 for always energizing the worm shaft 24 on the worm wheel 25 side; and an auxiliary energization part 52 for energizing the worm shaft 24 on the worm wheel 25 side when the worm shaft 24 tilts in such a manner that it separates from the worm wheel 25. |
