PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce polynucleotide into a nanopore by performing electrophoresis using electrodes at nanopore inlet side and outlet side and linearization with a shear force at the inlet side, and to measure a nucleic acid sequence by tunnel currents when the polynucleotide passes the nanopore.SOLUTION: Polynucleotide preliminarily linearized by linearization means is introduced into a nanopore, and a polynucleotide sequence is determined by a tunnel current value generated between electrodes when the polynucleotide passes and correction means.
