PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing coordination system or the like capable of easily performing file management, tracing, or the like in the case of handling a file astride an image processor and a portable information device.SOLUTION: An image processor 1 creates a file to be transmitted to a portable information device 2 and transmits the file to the portable information device on the basis of a user's operation instruction from an operating screen for using functions of the image processor, displayed on the portable information device by coordination means 209 of the portable information device, and the image processor creates log information including a transmission history about the file. The portable information device transfers the transmitted file in response to a request of file processing means, and acquires the log information about the file created by the image processor and log information about the file in the portable information device. Then, the portable information device collectively manages the acquired log information on the image processor side and the log information in the portable information device.
