PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of conveying a proper sense of touch to both a bare hand and a hand with a glove on.SOLUTION: An input device 1 is generally formed mainly of a touch panel 2 that detects a contact operation and outputs capacitance information; a detection unit 7a that detects a depressing operation to depress the touch panel 2 and outputs angle information; a drive mechanism unit 7 that drives the touch panel 2 to generate a reaction force having a direction opposite to that of the depressing operation; a determination unit 81 that determines whether the depressing operation is performed by a bear hand or a hand with a glove on, on the basis of the capacitance information acquired from the touch panel 2; and a control unit 82 that controls the drive mechanism unit 7 to detect the depressing operation on the basis of the angle information acquired from the detection unit 7a, and generate a reaction force stronger than in the case of a bare hand on the basis of the determination by the determination unit 81 that the operation is performed by a hand with a glove on. |
