PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book terminal 1, a table display method, and a table display program for enabling a user to surely browse a reduced table 25 while suppressing a data size.SOLUTION: There is provided an electronic book terminal 1 including: an operation/display section 5; a storage section 6 for storing book data 70 having a table tag; text information 70a for storing table attribute information; a character attribute table 8c for storing an input character size; and a viewer application 8 for displaying composition data in which the book data 70 are composed, a table display method and a table display program. The viewer application 8 includes: table size calculation processing for calculating a table size; table reduction processing for outputting composition data replaced with a reduced table 25 reduced in a composition direction when the width of the table is equal to or more than display width; and table restoration processing for displaying a restored table 52 restored on the basis of the character attribute table 8c at the operation/display section 5 when the reduced table 25 is selected. |
