PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicing sheet that is reduced in possibility of occurrence of adhesive remaining phenomenon.SOLUTION: There is provided a dicing sheet 1 including a base material 2 and an adhesive layer 3 laminated on at least one surface of the base material 2. The adhesive layer 3 is formed of an adhesive composition containing: a polymer (a1) having a hydroxyl group; an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (a2); an energy ray polymerizable compound (B); and a tackifier resin (C). Here, a ratio of NCO/OH as a ratio of the total amount (unit: mol) of an isocyanate group that the isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (a2) contained in the adhesive composition has to the total amount (unit: mol) of a hydroxyl group that components except the isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (a2) contained in the adhesive composition have is 4-15. |
