PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of rapidly cooling a liquid container in a container during use.SOLUTION: A cooling system of this invention includes a pair of cooling devices 10, 10. Each cooling device 10 includes: a plate like electronic cooling element (a peltier element) 1; a water-cooling jacket 3 which is connected with the one surface side of the electronic cooling element 1; a heat transmission member 5 which is connected with the other surface side of the electronic cooling element 1; a frame member 6 which integrally fixes the electronic cooling element 1 and the heat transmission member 5; and a heat insulation member 7 which is connected with a curved part 5a of the heat transmission member 5 and is formed by urethane foam or the like.
