PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of outputting a merge guide at an appropriate timing for evoking attention to a merging vehicle from a service area or parking area, preventing an extraneous output.SOLUTION: A navigation device includes: a merge guide process part 30 for generating a merge guide for evoking attention on a merging vehicle to a main lane from a service area or parking area provided in an express way; an audio part 7 for outputting the merge guide generated by the merge guide process part 30; and an entrance passage determination part 42 for determining an output timing of the merge guide from the merge guide process part 30 in consideration of a position of a main lane branch section that allows entering from a main lane to a service area or parking area that is an object of the merge guide. |
