PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance communication security by enabling a user to easily and posteriorly verify whether a user device has been accessed by an unauthorized third person.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: reception means which receives a request telegram including identification information for identifying a user from a terminal device; extraction means which acquires predetermined extraction information from the received request telegram; registration means which registers a correspondence of the identification information included in the received request telegram to the extraction information acquired from the request telegram with a database; specification means which refers to the database to specify the extraction information that was acquired when last time the information processing device received another request telegram including the same identification information included in the received request telegram; and presentation means which presents information on the basis of the specified extraction information to the user via the terminal device.
