PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light reflection plate having high reflectance and excellent adhesion of a reflection layer comprising silver or a silver alloy.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a light reflection plate includes steps of: forming a resin layer by laminating a resin film on a substrate; subjecting the surface of the resin layer to a mirror surface embossing by using a mirror surface embossing roll; and forming a reflection layer comprising silver or a silver alloy on the resin layer subjected to the mirror surface embossing.
