PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating film removal device for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, which is able to restrict a coating film that does not have to be removed by solvent vapor when the coating film of an end part is removed in the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and to provide a manufacturing method for an electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The covering face 62A of a covering member 62, which covers a recovering member 54, is arranged in the same manner as the upper end part of a removal member 40 in a vertical direction or below this upper end part. Therefore, in the coating film 12 formed on a cylindrical base material 14, only a portion formed at the lower end side of the cylindrical base material 14 comes into contact with staying solvent vapor J. Accordingly, it is possible to restrict deterioration of a coating film that does not have to be removed by solvent vapor. |
