The present invention relates to a corrosion-resistant heat dissipation material formed by coupling a carbon nanotube layer and a woven carbon fibrous layer, wherein the carbon nanotube layer may be formed by arranging resin or silicone and carbon nanotubes in a matrix, and the corrosion-resistant heat dissipation material may further includes a resin layer between the carbon nanotube layer and the carbon fibrous layer thereof. The present invention is to provide the heat dissipation material not corroded even if touching seawater using a carbon-carbon composite material having a high thermal conductivity and inexpensive more than an existing Ti material so that the inexpensive heat dissipation material for the seawater can be provided. In addition, the heat dissipation material is not corroded even if touching the seawater so that the lifetime of the heat dissipation material can be improved; and can have a weight lighter than a metallic material.
|
