DISPLAY PANEL INSPECTION APPARATUS

In the trend for enlargement, the present invention relates to a display panel inspection apparatus which provides a more rapid inspection speed and is able to inspect the whole screen of a display evenly and minutely in order to increase the production efficiency of a display panel. The present invention detects a fault of a display panel by grasping the strength of each wavelength from a spectrum image which is obtained from a camera by including: a lens which is arranged on the upper part of the display panel in order to cover a part or a whole of the display panel which outputs a surface type image and receives the surface type image which is outputted from the display panel; a slit which is arranged on the upper part of the lens and makes the surface type image outputted from the lens permeate the slit to make a line type image; a spectroscope which generates a spectrum of the line type image which is outputted from the slit; and an inspection unit which is arranged on a same axis as the camera which obtains a surface type spectrum image which is generated through the spectroscope.
