PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-power generating method for making the most effective use of waves in a wide sea, although there are many difficult problems such as expensive facilities in the uses of wave motions or tidal flows in districts where ocean winds are strong at all times.SOLUTION: On coming waves 7 and their sea surface, there is disposed a body 1 which is formed into a box of a laid funnel, narrowed deeply between two upper and lower sides and connected to an upward vent pipe 3 and which is inclined from an opening to match the inclination of the seashore of a gravel beach. At an opening entrance 2 and at a central portion of the coming waves, the air or the compressed air is deeply forced into the upward vent pipe 3 at the deep end and comes repeatedly after the going waves. The fundamental principle of the invention is a device, in which a blade windmill is rotated by the compressed air established continuously and repeatedly so that the rotating force is transmitted to a power generator. By making this construction multiply, it is possible to perform a drastic nature-sustaining power generation in the most efficiency. |
