PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump system capable of improving a starting performance of a vane pump.SOLUTION: A spool 32 is switched between a flow rate non-control state under which working fluid is circulated to outside from an outlet port 31b without flowing from a return port 31c of a flow rate control valve 30 toward a suction port 26, and a flow rate control state under which the working fluid is circulated from the return port 31c toward the suction port 26 while it is circulated from an inlet port 31a of the flow rate control valve 30 to the outlet port 31b, in driving a vane pump 20. Also, the spool 32 is switched to a circulation blocking state under which circulation of the working fluid is blocked among the inlet port 31a, the outlet port 31b and the return port 31c in stopping the vane pump 20. |
