PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit and an air conditioning system that can provide a comfortable indoor environment with an excellent appearance of a ceiling surface to be seen from an indoor side.SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit 1 has a plurality of ceiling surface formation panels for formation of a ceiling surface 1a by being laid continuously in a slab 14 to face a ceiling of a room 11 with a space interposed therebetween. Each of the ceiling surface formation panels comprises: a panel body 20 formed with a plurality of micropores 20a for suction; a heat medium panel 2 that is provided in the panel body 20 to face the slab 14 and has a pipe 21 for circulating a heat medium for heat exchange; a panel body 30 formed with a plurality of through holes 30a; and an air panel 3 having a chamber 31 that introduces air to be blown out from the through holes 30a to the room 11 and recirculates a part f of the blown air e to the slab 14 via the through holes 20a of the heat medium panel 2. |
