PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which enables a user to easily recognize positional deviation, in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of continuous paper, between a mark formed on the continuous paper and a detection member for detecting the mark.SOLUTION: Inside a carriage 78, there is supported an irradiation member 96 for radiating light in order to indicate a position which is different, in a conveyance direction, from an irradiation position of a laser beam radiated to continuous paper P by a light emission part 76, and which is the same as the irradiation position in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction. Thus, in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, positional deviation between a position of a mark 68 formed on the continuous paper P and the irradiation position of the laser beam radiated to the continuous paper P by the light emission part 76 and a light emission part 86 can be easily recognized. |
