PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device capable of securing a region for storing water without enlarging a front dimension of a bottom rail in a rail body including a bridge structure.SOLUTION: A sash 2 accommodating a panel body 4 in a rail body 3 configured by combining upper and lower rails and right and left rails is accommodated in a frame body 1 configured by framework of upper and lower frames and right and left frames. A lower rail 21 constituting the rail body 3 is configured by connecting metallic indoor and outdoor lower rails 21a and 21b via a bridge material 23 having heat insulation property. The bridge material 23 includes a recessed part 23c of which the bottom face is disposed at a side away from the panel body 4, between an indoor fixed part 23a fixed to the indoor lower rail 21a and an outdoor fixed part 23b fixed to the outdoor lower rail 21b. |
